- Flavorwire has the text of a very naughty 14th Century Poem, using my least favorite word. I'm just not a fan of the "c" words. Although, I do love that my cousin Kimi, the lunch lady said "crap" in the cafeteria and it spread all over school that the lunch lady said the "c-word".
- Neil Gaiman took over as the editor of the Guardian's books page and left his mark. I personally enjoyed this article about Mr. Gaiman's Top 10 Mythological Figures.
- Because I am a book list addict, I have to link to BookRiot's From Zero to Well-Read in 100 Books. I've read 56 of them. Other than one or two, I've got the rest on my ultimate To Be Read List. I like that there are so many current books on the list.

- Flavorwire posted this, The Collected Wisdom of Judy Blume. Just extra proof of her complete awesomeness.
- Not technically book related, but it is a Disney/Doctor Who crossover or mash up that I adore. I can't even begin to figure out which one of these I like the best. I know I should go Ariel, because I love The Little Mermaid, but they are all so very good. It's not even a stretch to think Alice in Wonderland would jump into the TARDIS, is it?
- Salon says that Reading Novels Makes Us Better Thinkers. Well, duh.
- Flavorwire points out 10 Famous Literary Characters Who are Younger Than You Think. Of course, you can add Dorothy Gale to the list. Judy Garland was a young woman, but Dorothy Gale was a just a little girl.
- Flavorwire's Most Playful Libraries in the World has me wanting to go out and find them.
- BookRiot gives us the 7 Books You Should Never Give Out on a First Date. The selections they've given are great, but you must read the comments.
