Clean Out Your E-Reader Challenge

And so it begins.  I've signed up to take part in the Clean Out Your E-reader Challenge for the month of November.  (P.S. guys - November has only 30 days).  The hosts are Berls at Fantasy is More Fun and Michelle of Because Reading is Better Than Real Life,

When I got word of this challenge, I knew I had to sign up.  I am constantly downloading nook, kindle and smashwords books that I hardly get around to reading.  I'm on the e-mailing list for a half dozen or more lists of free and bargain books for my nooks.  And, with the change over Barnes and Noble made not that long ago to the software on my HD+, my nook is now also a kindle and I've been downloading kindle books like they are going out of style.  Thanks to Michelle and Berls, I've got a chance to redeem myself and finally make a dent in all those free and really cheap books I've been stockpiling.

I'm supposed to try to create a list of the books I want to read, but I'm really terrible at that. i make the lists and then before I even finish the first book, I'm already rearranging and changing. So, I'm going to wing it.  I'll post whatever book I'm reading as part of that days regular post and try to get my reviews up as quickly as I can.  November is going to be a pretty interesting reading month.  I really hope I find some gems.  Often, it's way too true that you get what you pay for, including with books.

Wish me luck.  If you decide to participate, and you don't have to be a blogger to do it.  Just go to one of the linked posts above for the details.

P.S.- I just bought Rainbow Rowell's latest book, Fan Girl from Amazon for $1.49. That is going to be my first book for this challenge.

I think it's actually a good idea to now have a list! Usually, when I make a list of books to read, those books are the last books I feel like reading *grin*

Good luck on your challenge! I look forward to seeing your reviews :)

I have a list of books but not in the order I will read them. It may change throughout just wanted to give everyone a general idea of what I will be reading. I know how hard it is to pick what book to read next

Good Luck! Can't wait to read your reviews :)

This sounds like a great challenge! I won't be participating this time, but hopefully someone will do another one in the future. I stockpile books like mad!

So I cannot believe that you're the first person that caught that error on our buttons/banners. LOL yes November does have just 30 days! I guess we've decided it needs another one ;)

I totally understand not making a list- I made one, but with all the books I hope to maybe read and I know I'll only get to 50% of them, at best. Good luck, can't wait to see what you end up reading!

I think next time I will also wing it... Less pressure and I would probably get more done! Good luck with the challenge and Happy Reading!
