Little Owl's Orange Scarf

Little Owl's Orange Scarf  by Tatyana Feeney

Borrowed from the Camden County Library System

Little Owl's mother made him a scarf. It is too long, too itchy, too orange.  He doesn't like it, but doesn't know what to do about it.  He keeps trying to lose it, but it finds its way back to him.

One day after a trip to the zoo, Little Owl discovers that he really did lose his scarf.  Mommy lets Little Owl help with the replacement.  She takes him to the yarn store and he picks the color. In the end, he winds up with a scarf that is just right for him.  And, that orange scarf?  It found just the right owner, too.
